How I manage products

My approach to building products people love, from ideation to launch and beyond.

01

Extreme Ownership

I take products from vague concepts to full deployment, handling ideation, architecture, and GTM.

02

Learn by Executing

Whether it's Appium or LLMs, I learn the tech stack by building the solution myself, not just specifying it.

03

Build & Optimize

I operate with lean resources. I build the MVP, then secure resources (like AWS credits) to scale.

04

Enablement

I don't just ship code; I mentor interns and support CSM teams to ensure the product actually solves the user's problem.

About Me

My Journey

I started as a QA engineer, but I never stayed in my lane. Testing taught me how users interact with products and where things break. That curiosity led me to build an AI assistant while still officially doing QA. No one asked me to. I saw a problem and built it. Now I build AI products from scratch, from LLM-powered knowledge systems to visual compliance tools used across 1000+ retail locations. What keeps me going is taking something messy and turning it into something real that people actually use.
